Helpful to have ready when you call
- Your city or ZIP code
- Whether the door is open, closed, or stuck partway
- What happened right before it stopped, and any sounds you heard
- The opener’s make and model, if you can safely see the label
Stop using it and keep people and cars clear. Don’t pull on cables or adjust springs yourself.

Do you offer same-day service in Orange County?
Same-day service is available, subject to scheduling and the work needed. Call with your address and describe the issue so we can discuss the next available appointment. Our listed hours are 6am–10pm, Sunday through Friday, with Saturday closed. We don’t want you guessing about arrival times—please confirm current availability directly with us.
What should I do if the door is stuck or off-track?
Stop operating it and keep the area clear. Don’t try to force the door back onto its track, adjust a spring, or pull on a loose cable. A damaged or unbalanced door can move unexpectedly. Tell us whether it is open, closed, or partly raised when you call, and avoid walking or parking underneath it until it has been assessed.
What information should I have ready when I call?
Your city, a contact number, and a brief description of the problem are a great start. Tell us if the garage is unsecured or a vehicle is trapped. Photos of the door and any visible model label can help explain the situation, but only take them from a safe position. You don’t need to identify the broken part yourself.
